This advanced device reduces unwanted pigmentation, rejuvenates skin, and offers versatile treatment options, including the renowned Hollywood Laser Peel® and AcnePeel™.

Why choose the Hollywood Spectra Laser?

The Hollywood Spectra™ is the first device cleared by the US FDA specifically for treating melasma, making it one of the top laser platforms worldwide for addressing unwanted pigmentation. This laser effectively reduces issues like dark spots and promotes healthier, glowing skin. Its user-friendly design offers a variety of treatment options, including brightening skin tone and tattoo removal, and it has a solid reputation for reliable results across different procedures.

With its advanced ultra-short pulse 1064/532nm technology, the Hollywood Spectra™ not only targets unwanted pigmentation but also helps stimulate collagen production. Practitioners can use this platform to improve skin texture, remove multi-colour tattoos, and perform well-known treatments like the Hollywood Laser Peel® and AcnePeel™.

The Hollywood Spectra™ also features powerful capabilities like the HyperSurge™ Resonator, which uses high peak acoustic pressure to target unwanted pigment through quick bursts. This allows for controlled skin revitalization and enhances treatments like the Hollywood Laser Peel® and AcnePeel™. For those with sensitive skin, PTP+™ multi-pulse modes are available to provide a comfortable experience.

Hollywood
Carbon Laser Peel

Restore your skin’s natural glow with the Hollywood Laser Peel, a quick and comfortable carbon laser procedure. This treatment is designed to reduce unwanted pigmentation, exfoliate for a softer tone and texture, and stimulate collagen production, resulting in a firmer, more youthful-looking complexion. Whether you want to enhance your daily skincare regimen or achieve that special “glow” before an event, the Hollywood Laser Peel offers zero downtime, making it the perfect addition to your routine.

The process begins with a patented carbon lotion that preps your skin and activates with the laser, ensuring a strong bond with your outer skin cells. A follow-up laser sweep lifts away the lotion along with dead skin and debris, flushing out impurities from your pores and revealing a revitalized, radiant complexion. Enjoy fast treatments with minimal discomfort, as this procedure effectively exfoliates the skin, reduces unwanted pigmentation, boosts collagen synthesis, and refines your overall skin tone and texture.

Hollywood
Acne Peel

The patented Hollywood Laser Peel (AcnePeel) treatment effectively addresses the causes of active acne, including hormonal influences, clogged pores, and heredity. Using a carbon lotion, this technique involves applying microsecond and nanosecond laser pulses to exfoliate the outer skin layer, sterilize acne-causing bacteria, and unclog pores, resulting in clearer skin.

The Hollywood Spectra laser system, combined with the carbon lotion, targets pores and enhances laser energy absorption. The treatment gently warms the skin, allowing the carbon particles to bind effectively. The subsequent laser pulse removes these particles, reducing sebum levels and brightening the complexion. Patients can expect a fresh skin luminosity that lasts for weeks.

Quick and comfortable, the AcnePeel treatment takes about 20 minutes with virtually no downtime. Many patients choose to complete a series of treatments for maximum benefits, as this method efficiently manages active acne while also exfoliating the skin and stimulating collagen production. Experience a renewed glow and confidence—schedule your Hollywood Laser AcnePeel treatment today!

Melasma Management

The “gold standard” Spectra Laser is FDA-approved and highly effective in reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation, brown spots, freckles, and deeper pigments such as melasma on the face. Unlike conventional IPL devices, Spectra targets and breaks down pigment into smaller particles that can be naturally eliminated by the body, leaving the skin warm, bright, and smooth. Treatments typically involve minimal to no downtime, though some patients may experience temporary redness and mild sunburn-like effects that can last from 2 to 24 hours post-treatment.

Pigmented lesions may lead to prolonged heat, puffiness, and mild crusting, depending on the treatment level. Additionally, pigmentation in areas treated for melasma may temporarily darken as the laser targets the pigment, but this darkening will resolve within 4 to 6 weeks. Individuals receiving treatment should always wear sunscreen and avoid sun and heat exposure, as these can retrigger pigmentation.

  • What is Botox?
Botox injections are shots that use a toxin to prevent a muscle from moving for a limited time. These shots are often used to smooth wrinkles on the face. They’re also used to treat neck spasms, sweating, overactive bladder, lazy eye and other conditions. Botox shots also may help prevent migraines and can assist with TMJ. But most importantly Botox helps us to relax the muscles that are bothersome when we look in the mirror, the frown that we don’t mean to have when we are concentrating and it life’s our brows when we feel like we can never get enough sleep! It gives your youth back with no downtime and it starts working in as little as a few days.
  • How long does Botox last?
The effects of Botox typically last between 3 to 4 months, though this can vary based on factors like the area treated, the individual’s metabolism, and the number of treatments they've had.
  • Is Botox safe?
Yes, Botox is considered safe when administered by a trained and certified professional. Side effects are usually minimal, but may include mild redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site.
  • Does Botox hurt?
Most people experience only mild discomfort during Botox injections. The needles used are very small, and some clinics offer numbing cream or ice to minimize any discomfort.
  • How long does it take to see results?
Results typically begin to appear within 3 to 5 days, with full results visible within 1 to 2 weeks after treatment.
  • Will my face look "frozen" or unnatural?
When performed by a skilled injector, Botox should look natural, softening lines without limiting normal facial expression. Discussing your desired look with your provider can ensure results that align with your preferences.
  • What does Botox feel like afterward?
Immediately following your Botox treatment, you might experience a slight stinging sensation at the injection sites, with small, red bumps forming in those areas. These effects are generally mild and should subside quickly. In some rare cases, you may develop a mild headache post-treatment, but it’s usually short-lived and can be alleviated with over-the-counter pain medication.
  • Is bruising after Botox normal?
Bruising after Botox injections is uncommon, but it can happen. Bruising occurs when the needle accidentally hits a blood vessel, allowing blood to pool beneath the skin, which results in a bruise. Even highly experienced practitioners can cause this, so it’s not a reflection of their skill. Certain factors can increase your likelihood of bruising, such as taking blood-thinning medications (like ibuprofen or aspirin), having thinner skin, or having underlying medical conditions that affect blood clotting. Be sure to share your medical history with your practitioner to ensure they can provide the safest and most appropriate treatment for you. If you're on blood-thinning medication or have medical conditions that might increase your bruising risk, consult your doctor before undergoing Botox treatments.
  • How should I prepare for a Botox appointment?
There are a number of things to consider and guidelines to follow before botox treatment. You can find everything you need to know on our pre and post care info page here.
  • Are there any restrictions after getting Botox?
Taking care of your skin after your procedure is imperative, it will have a direct impact on your results. Find everything you need to know on our pre and post Botox care page here.
  • What are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers help to diminish facial lines and restore volume and fullness in the face. As we age, our faces naturally lose subcutaneous fat. The facial muscles are then working closer to the skin surface, so smile lines and crow’s feet become more apparent. The facial skin also stretches a bit, adding to this loss of facial volume. Other factors that affect the facial skin include sun exposure, heredity and lifestyle. What dermal fillers can do: Plump thin lips Enhance shallow contours Soften facial creases and wrinkles Improve the appearance of recessed scars Reconstruct contour deformities in the face Decrease or remove the shadow of the lower lids Dermal fillers can be very helpful in those with early signs of aging, or as a value-added part of facial rejuvenation surgery.
  • What’s the difference between botox & fillers?
Dermal fillers are injected under the skin to smooth lines or add fullness to the face or hands. Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) is injected into specific muscles to relax them. It can be used to flatten wrinkles as well as a number of other medical conditions. The side effects of dermal fillers and Botox are usually mild. Filler works immediately while Botox takes a few days to settle in.
  • When will I see the final results from dermal fillers?
You may notice immediate improvements, but full results typically take up to 4 weeks as any swelling subsides and the filler integrates for a natural look.
  • How long do dermal fillers last?
Dermal fillers can last anywhere from 12 to 18 months, depending on the type of filler and the treatment area. Lip fillers may last around 12 months, while cheek or jawline fillers can last up to 18 months or more.
  • How can I make my dermal fillers last longer?
To prolong your results, stay hydrated, use sunscreen, avoid excessive sun exposure, and follow a consistent skincare routine. Avoiding smoking can also help extend the life of your fillers.
  • What should I do if I have concerns after my dermal filler treatment?
If you experience any unusual symptoms, such as severe pain, prolonged swelling, or signs of infection (like redness or warmth), contact us right away. We can provide support and any necessary follow-up care.
  • How should I prepare for my filler appointment?
When it comes to skin procedures, the preparation for your treatment is as necessary as the treatment itself. See here for pre and post filler care guide.

  • What is IV THERAPY?
IV or intravenous (in-trah-VEE-nus) therapy is a way to give fluids, medicine, nutrition, or blood directly into the bloodstream through a vein. IV therapy uses a type of tiny plastic tubing (cannula) that goes into the vein, a needle, and plastic tubing that connects the set-up to a bag of fluid. Altogether, the pieces are called an “IV.” IV fluid often contains water, glucose (sugar), and electrolytes (potassium, sodium, and chloride). An IV may allow more than one fluid to be given at the same time and into the same place
  • Why is IV THERAPY more efficient than taking oral vitamins?
While your body ordinarily absorbs nutrients slowly, vitamin IV therapy allows it to rapidly absorb nutrients at higher doses. Vitamin IV therapy has been promoted as a treatment for several medical conditions over the past few decades. Opting for IV therapy provides a direct, efficient, and natural means of nutrient delivery. Unlike oral intake, which often falls short due to digestive limitations, IV therapy ensures swift and comprehensive nutrient absorption.
  • What are the benefits of IV THERAPY?
An IV THERAPY can help boost your immune system, improve your mood and alleviate symptoms of dehydration and stress, fatigue. Its often talked about as a solution to a lingering hangover, or recovery after being unwell or expecting a baby and suffering from nausea. Not only does IV therapy provide essential fluids needed, but also provides balanced electrolytes and vital vitamins that assist your immune response such as Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), B vitamins, and the powerful antioxidant, Gluthatione IV treatments are ideal for several conditions. They can improve your overall well-being, enhance your beauty, help you lose weight, ease your recovery journey, and brighten your overall mode and appearance. What should I expect during IV THERAPY session? During the therapy you will be sitting or laying down in a position that is comfortable to you. The nurse will cleanse the area and insert a needle into your vein. You may feel a slight prick or pressure but overall it’s quick and generally painless. Once the needle is inserted the IV drop will begin. This is a great time to sit back, relax, listen to music or read a book.
  • What should I expect after my IV THERAPY treatment?
After the session your nurse will remove the needle, at which time you may notice some slight bruising or discomfort at the injection site. This typically goes away quite quickly, but you will notice almost immediately that you feel refreshed, energized and hydrated. Some clients notice a slight headache or mild fatigue before feeling energized as their body is adapting to the rehydration after being dehydrated.
  • How does IV THERAPY impact our skin?
The goal of vitamin drip IV therapy is to benefit the body by increasing the percentage of vitamins and minerals absorbed. This treatment can: Rejuvenate the skin for a youthful appearance and leave you with a beautiful glow.
  • Are there any IV complications?
Minor complications include mild discomfort, bruising, redness, itching, inflammation, and redness at or around the IV’s site. More serious complications include infiltrations, extravasations, and phlebitis. Symptoms to look out for include severe inflammation (swelling), discoloration, blistering, or a significant amount of pain near or around the IV placement site.
  • How often do I need IV Therapy?
This depends on the type of treatment you are receiving and the type of IV being used. The nurse you’re working with will be able to set up a treatment plan for you.
  • How long do the effects of IV therapy last?
The duration of the benefits from IV therapy varies depending on several factors, including the specific nutrients administered and your overall health. Many clients report immediate improvements in energy levels, hydration, and overall well-being. These effects can last for several days, with some individuals experiencing longer lasting benefits as their bodies continue to integrate the nutrients provided.

Taking care of your health after your procedure is imperative, it will have a direct impact on your results. Here are some aftercare guidelines for you to be aware of.
  • How does laser tattoo removal work?
The Hollywood Spectra™ laser targets tattoo pigments with ultra-short, high-energy pulses, breaking down the ink particles into smaller fragments. These fragments are then naturally processed and eliminated by the body over time, gradually fading the tattoo.
  • How many sessions will I need to remove my tattoo?
The number of sessions depends on several factors, including the tattoo's size, colour, location, age, and ink depth. Black ink tends to fade more quickly than colours, while multi-coloured tattoos may require more sessions. Most people see significant fading after 4-8 treatments, spaced several weeks apart.
  • Are certain tattoo colours harder to remove?
Yes, darker colours like black and dark blue generally respond better to laser treatments. Lighter colors, such as green, yellow, and turquoise, may require additional sessions due to their unique pigment composition. The Hollywood Spectra™ can handle a wide range of colours with its multi-wavelength technology, though some colours are naturally more stubborn.
  • Is laser tattoo removal painful?
Most clients describe the sensation as similar to a rubber band snapping against the skin. Some areas of the body are more sensitive than others. To minimize discomfort, numbing creams or cooling devices may be used during treatment.
  • Will my tattoo be completely removed?
Laser tattoo removal can significantly fade most tattoos, but complete removal is not always guaranteed, especially with older tattoos or certain ink colours. Your practitioner can discuss expected results and the likely outcome based on your tattoo's specifics.
  • Can all skin types undergo laser tattoo removal?
Yes, the Hollywood Spectra™ laser is adjustable for a range of skin types, making it suitable for many individuals. However, some skin types may require additional care and a more conservative approach to avoid pigment changes. Please get in touch to inquire about your specific skin type if you have any concerns.
  • Are there side effects after tattoo removal?
Side effects are typically minimal but may include temporary redness, swelling, and a mild sunburn-like sensation. In rare cases, there may be slight blistering or temporary changes in skin pigmentation, which usually resolve within a few weeks.
  • How should I care for my skin after a laser tattoo removal session?
Aftercare is essential. Keep the treated area clean and avoid sun exposure, as this can impact healing and skin appearance. To learn more about tattoo removal aftercare, click here.
  • Do you do cosmetic tattoo removal or lightening?
Absolutely. We will need to see you for an in-person consultation prior to quoting you for this services. Please get in touch to book.
